Tony graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is a practicing member of British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). He chose to pursue Kinesiology because he has an avid interest in human movement and sports. Tony has experience working with motor vehicle accident clients providing assessment and active rehabilitation for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries. He takes a functional approach when prescribing exercises and helps clients understand how simple exercises and stretches can improve physical and mental well-being. He also emphasizes a client-centred approach and develops an individualized program tailored to each of his client’s rehabilitation needs. His primary goals as a Kinesiologist are to restore client’s functional capacities and empower them to continue doing the activities they enjoy.
In his free time, Tony loves playing sports like basketball and he enjoys going on long walks and hikes with his dogs.
