Dr. Manet Tong,R.Ac, R.TCMP

Manet Tong was graduated from the School of Chinese Medicine of the University of Hong Kong(HKU), she subsequently obtained a Master degree in Chinese Medicine from HKU. After graduation, she worked as a Chinese medicine practitioner in different Chinese Medicine Clinics cum Training and Research Centres (Yan Chai Hospital and Pok Oi Hospital) of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, mainly responsible for clinical consultation services. She also had to provide TCM outreach services at hospital wards and nursing homes. In 2020, Manet joined the School of Chinese Medicine of HKU and participate in the field of teaching. Manet had accumulated experience in both clinical and teaching areas. In October 2021, Manet successfully passed the Pan-Canadian Written and Clinical Case-study Examinations (R.TCM.P). She is now a registered Chinese medicine practitioner in Hong Kong and British Columbia, Canada.

 

Manet is experienced in treating pain disorders with acupuncture. She is also good at dealing with Geriatrics, Dermatology and Gynecology in internal medicine. Apart from that, Manet would be happy to provide patients with a way of health preservation in terms of diet and daily lifestyle according to Canada's environment and climatic seasons.
