Meridian Yoga, Myofascial Release, Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga and Singing Bowl Healing
I am Hailey. I started practicing yoga since 2015. I have been teaching yoga for more than 6 years. Before I came to Canada, I had my own yoga studio in Hong Kong. Over the years, I have taught more than 600 students. Apart from teaching Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, I also teach Meridian Yoga, Myofascial Release, Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga and Singing Bowl Healing.
I grew up in a complicated family, I didn’t have lots of care and respect from my family during my childhood. This has contributed to my lack of confidence after I grew up.
I am so grateful that I have come across yoga. It helps me to let go of negative energy and emotion that have been accumulated since my childhood. I understand more about my weaknesses and how to make improvement.Every time I step on the yoga mat, I can gain back all my confidence. I teach all of the students with my heart. I get lots of respect from them, which also motivates me to become a better yoga teacher.
I hope my class will improve my student’s physical and mental health, make them fall in love with yoga and most importantly, to love themselves more. Moreover, I hope they will be aware of all the connections in their surroundings and enjoy their lives in the present.
