Hi, my name is Jenny. I started practicing yoga since 2017.
Yoga mat is nothing more than a 26x70” rectangular space; the world it brings me is immense. It is fascinating to see how you transform mentally and physically throughout the practice - this is why yoga is so addictive to me.
Years of regular practice have quietly opened my heart to myself – realizing my weakness, accepting my weakness, working on my weakness, and rising from my weakness.
On and off the yoga mat, I hope my students: Developing self-awareness is an important step to connecting yourself to your soul and body. It is the most precious thing yoga teaches me, and I would like to share it with my students allowing them to come away feeling lighter, happier and more balanced.

瑜伽墊不過是個小小的長方形,卻承載著無限可能:伸展、收緊、用力、放鬆,在動靜律動之間感受自己的呼吸,感受身體的變化,與身心連結,這就是瑜伽最讓我著迷的地方。
練習瑜伽中無數次的嘗試、跌倒、受傷、再重來,讓我更了解自己的心浮、急躁、自負,也因為了解所以學會接受自己的缺點,然後再繼續好好練習。
瑜伽練習是一個了解身心靈的過程,我希望可以跟學生一齊在墊上愉快練習,下課時也能帶走這份輕鬆愉悅,帶進生活中。
