Forest is a Registered Physiotherapist with extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical cases in private practice settings across Toronto, Ontario.
Driven by his passion for understanding injuries and helping people move better, Forest is dedicated to supporting clients through every stage of recovery — from reducing pain and restoring function to building strength and preventing future injuries.
His treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, personalized exercise prescription, and dry needling to help clients achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. Forest believes that successful rehabilitation goes beyond symptom relief. His focus is on identifying the underlying factors contributing to pain or injury while promoting long-term strength, movement confidence, and physical resilience.
Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a persistent injury, returning to sport, or simply looking to move with less pain, Forest provides evidence-based, individualized care to help you perform at your best.
Outside of the clinic, Forest is an avid basketball player who spends 2–3 days each week playing pickup runs. He also enjoys staying active through strength training and has recently been getting into tennis and snowboarding as new ways to challenge himself and stay moving year-round.
